淑玲於1996年開始擔任公務員，並於2002年調職至臺北市立大理高級中學，2015年，通過了「教育行政職系教育行政科」的公務人員薦任升官考試。在任內參與並榮獲2022年度臺北市行動學習學校認證實施計畫銅質獎、「微型創業核心實務暨ESB國際認證教師研習會」、「臺北市優質學校評選」及「採購專業人員進階訓練班」等。

Shu-Ling began her career as a civil servant in 1996 and was transferred to Taipei Municipal Dali Senior High School in 2002. In 2015, she passed the civil service recommendation examination for the “Educational Administration Division of the Education Administration Occupational Group.” During her tenure, she received several awards, including the Bronze Award for the 2022 Taipei City Mobile Learning School Certification Implementation Project, the “Micro-Entrepreneurship Core Practices and ESB International Certification Teacher Workshop,” the “Taipei City Quality School Selection,” and the “Advanced Training Course for Procurement Professionals.”
